I have got a serious hunger on after working out today and this puppy is hitting the spot. If you are on a no/low sugar diet this is plenty sweet. Others may need to add honey. This makes enough for four but I will not be sharing this evening :-)
2x Organic bananas
2x Heaped teaspoons of cocoa powder
1 small handful of almonds
1 tbsp sugar free desiccated coconut (this makes it pretty crunchy so you may want to skip this - it also expands in your stomach)
Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1. Put ingredients into jug.
2. Cover ingredients with unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
